How It Works, Refunds and Cancellation — Prime Solutions EL

How it works

1. Email us. Tell us about your business and the kind of website you would like. Our address is primesolutionsel@gmail.com.
2. We send you a written quote and agreement. It sets out what we will build, the price, timing and the terms that apply.
3. You accept in writing, and any deposit is set out in your written quote and agreement. Nothing is agreed until you accept the written quote and agreement. You are free to ask questions or say no.
4. We build and hand over. We make your website and hand it over as set out in the agreement.

Prices

Your price is set out in a written quote before any work starts, based on what you need. Extra features are quoted before we start. Prime Solutions EL is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added. Hosting and your domain name are your own cost unless your quote says otherwise.

Deposits, refunds and cancellation

Because nothing is sold on this website, no deposit, refund or cancellation applies to anything on this website itself.

If you decide to go ahead, any deposit, the fee arrangements, refunds, cancellation and any cooling-off period are set out in your written agreement before any work starts. Please read them before you accept.

Your rights under South African law

Nothing on this page or in any agreement removes rights you have under South African law. This includes your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (for example, the right to fair and reasonable terms) and, where they apply, the cooling-off and other rights in the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.

If you are unhappy with something, put COMPLAINT in the subject line or at the start of your message and tell us what went wrong and what you would like us to do. We will confirm in writing that we have received it and answer you in writing as soon as we reasonably can. This does not limit any right you have under the law, including your right to complain to the Information Regulator about your personal information.
