1. About these terms

This website is for information and advertising only. The plans shown (Standard, Pro and Premium) are examples of the kind of websites we make. Nothing on this website is an offer to supply anything, and you cannot accept anything by using it. A binding arrangement exists only once you and we sign or accept a written agreement.

3. Prices

Your price is set out in a written quote before any work starts, based on what you need. Extra features are quoted before we start. Prime Solutions EL is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added. Hosting and your domain name are your own cost unless your quote says otherwise.

4. Written agreement before any work

We only start work after you have received a written quote and agreement and accepted it in writing. That agreement sets out the scope, price, any deposit, timing, cancellation, refunds and ownership. If anything in the written agreement differs from this website, the written agreement applies.

5. No guarantees of results

We describe our work honestly, but we do not promise any particular result from a website, such as more visitors, enquiries, sales or search rankings. Turnaround is agreed in your quote, not on this website. This does not limit your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, including your right to services performed in a timely manner and with the quality people are generally entitled to expect, once you have a written agreement with us.

6. Content and images on this website

The text, designs, layouts and images on this website are examples made for, or licensed to, Prime Solutions EL. They do not show real client work unless clearly stated. Credits and licences for images, fonts and code are listed in our credits.

7. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the content and design of this website belong to Prime Solutions EL or are used under licence. You may view and share links to this website, but you may not copy, sell or reuse its content or design without our written permission. Third-party material remains the property of its owners.

If you are unhappy with something, put COMPLAINT in the subject line or at the start of your message and tell us what went wrong and what you would like us to do. We will confirm in writing that we have received it and answer you in writing as soon as we reasonably can. This does not limit any right you have under the law, including your right to complain to the Information Regulator about your personal information.
